Steven J. Palmer was born in New Hartford, New York, USA. He is an American actor, best known for his work as short-tempered outlaw Bill Williamson in the Red Dead Redemption game franchise and its short spin-off film called The Man From Blackwater. Steve grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA.
